This website is an effort to provide citizens of St. Lucia, especially the residents of Vieux-Fort, with factual information about the framework and supplementary agreement between the Government of Saint Lucia and DSH Caribbean Star Limited. We will be presenting the documents without spin or speculation of positive or negative outcomes. there is enough room for heated debate in the public square and online. We believe that for a heated public debate to be productive it must be informed. This is why we seek to present the actual documents and deconstruct it clause by clause with audio visual productions.
